1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Elite Lifestyle India website and the purchase of products through our online store.

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

2. Products & Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and prices displayed on our website are accurate.

However, minor differences in colour, appearance or presentation may occur due to photography, lighting or individual device displays.

Product availability may change without prior notice.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details and delivery address.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there is a genuine reason, including suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing or product availability issues.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹), unless otherwise stated.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout, including Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

COD availability may depend on the delivery location, order value and courier availability.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently provide delivery across India.

Our standard delivery timeline is generally 3–4 business days after dispatch, although actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weekends, public holidays and circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided to you.

6. Delivery & Package Condition

For security reasons, open delivery is not available.

Packages are required to remain sealed during delivery and can be opened after the shipment has been accepted.

Customers are advised to check the external condition of the package before accepting delivery. If the package appears visibly damaged or tampered with, please contact us as soon as possible.

7. Exchanges

We offer an exchange window of 8 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

The product must be returned in its original condition, together with its original packaging, accessories, documents, tags and other items supplied with the order.

To request an exchange, please contact us within the applicable 8-day period.

For exchange-related claims, a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the package from the time it is received through the opening of the package and inspection of the product is required. The video should clearly show the condition of the outer package, the shipping label/seal and the contents as they are removed from the package.

Exchange requests may be reviewed before approval.

Products that show signs of use, damage, alteration or missing original components may not qualify for an exchange, subject to applicable consumer rights and law.

8. Exchange Process

If an exchange request is approved:

We will provide the applicable return instructions.
The product must be securely packed for return.
The returned product will be inspected after receipt.
Once the exchange is approved, the replacement product will be processed subject to availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will communicate the available options to you.

9. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect or has a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly with the relevant order details and supporting information.

We may request photographs, videos or other information to assess the issue.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law. The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 provide protections relating to online purchases and consumer redressal.

10. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only where cancellation is permitted by our order-processing status.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
Interfere with the operation or security of the website
Use our content, images, logos or branding without permission
Submit false or misleading information

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs and other materials, belongs to Elite Lifestyle India or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

13. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services including payment gateways, courier companies, technology providers and other service providers.

Your use of such services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

14. Limitation of Liability

We will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and reliable services. However, we are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural events, technical failures or other unforeseen circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
