Return & Exchange Policy
At Elite Lifestyle India, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy before placing your order.
1. 8-Day Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 8 days from the date of delivery.
2. Unboxing Video Required
For any return or exchange request, a complete, continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
The video should clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The package being opened
- The product and all included accessories
- The condition of the product immediately after opening
Requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
3. Product Condition
The product must be returned in its original condition with all packaging, accessories and included items. Products that show signs of use, damage, alteration or missing components may not qualify.
4. Return/Exchange Approval
All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval after the product is received by us.
5. How to Request a Return
Contact our customer support within 8 days of delivery with your order number and the required unboxing video. Our team will guide you through the return process.
6. Refund
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund, where applicable, will be processed according to the approved return.
Note: The 8-day period starts from the date the order is marked as delivered.
